You may make a claim under this policy for product defects within 90 days from the date of purchase.

To file a warranty claim, please first contact us through the contact form with your order number. Wait for our reply, then send us proof of product defects (such as images or videos).

If the warranty claim is accepted, Surstromming.com will, at its sole discretion, replace any defective products with new or equivalent ones at no charge during the warranty period.

Shipping issues
It is the responsibility of the customer to directly contact the shipping carrier regarding any shipping issues if Surstromming.com has informed about it. Failure to do so will result in the company not offering a refund.
