Oskars (Fillets) Surströmming

After 14 days I have not received anything at all. Zero. Unfortunately, nothing.

The fillets were fantastic as usual, they came on time and were just great. I get two or three orders a year, some fillets and some whole. The whole are sweet because you get the caviar!! I have a few recipes for appies with this excellent fermented herring. The best stuff. A real superfood!! As good as faseekh from Egypt. I am so happy I found this product. And Johann is just great.

We did this as a challenge. It did not disappoint. It was tough to smell, and tougher to actually consume. If your looking to make some crazy memories with your friends, buy it and give it a try.

Arrived quickly and was excellent!. Wish we could order again!

I was sent a can of the regular Surströmming instead of the Fillets I ordered, which is disappointing as it is not cheap and is a gift.
